The Holistic Approach

You are a complex organism with many systems keeping you heathy, happy, and well.

The holistic approach means that all of those systems will be addressed and many interventions might be suggested until you find your balance of life.  Some of these services are offered here, some you will be referred to in your community.

Theresa Callard-Moore offers:

Reiki and Karuna Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art to rebalance the body’s energy systems or chakras.  Reiki reconnects the body’s energy to universal energy and may relieve stress, tension, emotional issues, and physical ailments.  The treatment room is similar to getting a massage, it is very soothing with soft lights and music.  You are fully clothed and may even have a blanket on as light touch is placed on or over your chakras.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing,  http://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/, is a therapeutic technique shown to reduce symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD. It a drug free treatment using eye movements and sound.

Neuro Emotional Technique and Neuro Emotional Testing

Both techniques use muscle testing to talk to your autonomic nervous system and see where it is out of balance. Muscle testing can also be used to show what supplements may help you return to balance by feeding your body.  NRT also checks for the 5 reasons why people don’t get well with their current health progam.  It can check, using energy medicine, if there are heavy metal issues, food sensitivities, chemical sensitivities, immune challenges, or scars causing chronic symptoms.

Standard Process Supplements

Standard Process uses whole food nutrition to help the body heal itself. https://www.standardprocess.com/

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a mind/ body technique to release the intensity in your central nervous system, which is a nice approach that is free of medications.

Being a Holistic Psychotherapist, I found myself doing counseling as well as case management, where I referred clients to local chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, etc.  My clients began to get better faster, which lead me to come up with the Community Health Care Plan...BridgeIT.
